These are Bonney Watson’s current charges, applied across this whole area — the niche bank and the nine additional properties alike.

Niche bank: row A is the bottom row, row E the top; niches are numbered 1–8 left to right. References read TGN-<row>-<n>.
Additional properties are numbered TGMP-1 … TGMP-9 in the order the pricing sheet prints them; their dimensions are the sheet's own catalog dimensions.
$762,000 available at list across 49 properties, 100 rights of interment — sales prices only, E.C.F. and fees are additional. Availability shown is maintained by hand — always confirm today’s availability with the cemetery office before writing.
There is no reflection pool. The path replaced it, and the ossuary block beside it, in full; both were drawn on the older “what was replaced” layout sketch and appear in neither the PHASE 2 render nor any 2026 site photograph. Terrace Garden Ossuary scattering is priced on the separate Scattering Garden sheet and is not priced here.
Layout — the walk, its flagstone turn-around, the paved landing, the beds either side, the crypt walls that enclose the court and which object stands where — is read off a walkthrough filmed on 3 August 2026, which supersedes the marketing render used before it. Every number is an estimate: there is no site plan. The render draws the beds as turf; the built garden is bark mulch, and the model follows the walkthrough. The niche bank’s position and its eight-by-five grid are confirmed by the walkthrough, not estimated — the render had floated it over the garden as a callout rather than showing it in place.
